The inner hole of wind power cylinder is generally plated. Our company has developed QPQ treatment for steel pipe to replace plating treatment. QPQ is the abbreviation of Queen Polish queen. It refers to that ferrous metal parts are put into two salt baths with different properties, and multiple elements penetrate into the metal surface to form a composite infiltration layer, so as to achieve the purpose of surface modification of parts. It has not been quenched, but it has achieved the effect of surface quenching, so it is called QPQ abroad. It is called "nitrogen carbon oxygen composite treatment technology" in China.
Advantages of QPQ:
1. Good wear resistance and fatigue resistance
The process can greatly improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of various ferrous metal parts and reduce the friction coefficient. After QPQ treatment, the wear resistance of the product is more than 16 times higher than that of conventional quenching and high-frequency quenching, more than 9 times higher than that of carburizing quenching of 20# steel, and more than 2 times higher than that of hard Ming plating and Wanzi nitriding.
The fatigue test shows that the process can increase the fatigue strength of medium carbon steel by more than 40%, which is better than ion nitriding and gas nitriding. The process is especially suitable for parts with complex shape, solves the technical key and solves the deformation problem.
2. Good corrosion resistance
According to the same experimental conditions, continuous spray tests were carried out on several samples with different materials and processes according to the ASTMBH7 standard. The salt spray test temperature was 35 + 2P and the relative humidity was >. 95%, 5%NaCL water spray. The test results show that the corrosion resistance of QPQ treated parts is 5 times that of lch8ni9ti stainless steel, 70 times that of plated hard inscription and 280 times that of blackened stainless steel.
